Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@muscularmagnetics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After receiving the returned item, Muscular Magnetics will issue a refund for the value of the item, minus a 25% restocking fee. Returns in an envelope or padded envelope will not be accepted. Return refund processing can take up to 5 business days from receipt of the return, as all products are individually inspected for damage/use.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your magnet is defective, we may ask for video proof showing the magnet not sticking properly to metal. 

In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. MUSCULAR MAGNETICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES DELAYED IN TRANSIT. THIS INCLUDES THE HOLIDAY SEASON.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items must be in new, resellable condition.

-No thread-locker applied to the eyebolt.

-No noticeable use or wear on any of the items.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
